Unlike many travel companies who offer only a few days of training before sending you out on your own, we believe in comprehensive preparation. That’s why we’ve created what we believe is the best new-to-travel training programme in the industry. Over three months, you’ll gain the skills, confidence and product knowledge to sell with authority — while being guided by our founders and senior team every step of the way.
With small training cohorts of just 3–5 new agents at a time, you’ll never be lost in the crowd. Instead, you’ll benefit from direct access to the business leaders who built Your Endless Travel, plus ongoing mentorship as you establish your business.

- Full access to our three-month training programme.
- Build your own client base and marketing, earning 60% commission.
- After 12 months or £250,000 in sales, gain access to company-supplied leads at 40% commission.
- Commission uplift available after qualifying: earn up to 70% on own leads and 50% on company leads.
The Takeoff Package – £4,995 + VAT 
(Payable upfront, or instalments: £2,495 initial + 6 × £450 / 12 × £250)
Everything in the Runway Package, plus:
- Immediate access to Your Endless Travel leads (40% commission).
- Extra 1:1 and group training.
- Destination-specific training in your chosen niche.
- A custom business development plan.
- A funded ad campaign to generate targeted leads.
Commission uplift available immediately: earn 70% on own leads and 50% on company leads if you generate £4,000+ net commission per month.
