At Your Endless Travel, we are actively growing our South East Asia product. From the temples and street food of Vietnam and Cambodia to the islands of Thailand and Indonesia, the jungle-fringed rivers of Laos and the extraordinary cultural depth of Malaysia, the region offers more variety than almost anywhere else in the world. We are looking for experienced freelance travel agents to help us build on that, and to grow with us as we do.
This is not just another homeworking opportunity. It is a chance to get in early on a region we are investing in, with strong supplier foundations already in place and real scope to shape what we build next.
The Opportunity
This role is designed for experienced agents who want to earn more, specialise, and work with better enquiries.
You will be able to:
- build expertise across one of the most varied and reliably popular long-haul regions in the UK market
- work on high-quality South East Asia enquiries supplied by us
- sell to your own database as well as company-generated leads
- focus on experience-led, high-value itineraries rather than commodity bookings
- grow your earnings while helping to shape the direction of our South East Asia product
With small training cohorts of just 3 to 5 new agents at a time, you will not be lost in the crowd. Instead, you will benefit from direct access to the experienced team who built Your Endless Travel, plus ongoing mentorship as you develop your specialism.
With average booking values around £8,000 and strong margins across our product catalogue, the earning potential is genuinely exciting.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for experienced travel professionals who:
- have recent travel sales experience
- are confident handling tailor-made and long-haul enquiries
- know how to convert enquiries and build lasting client relationships
- want to specialise in South East Asia, or already have strong knowledge across the region
- are motivated by autonomy, flexibility and stronger earning potential
South East Asia rewards agents who know it beyond the obvious. Clients who have done Thailand and want to go deeper, or who are planning their first multi-country itinerary across the region, need an agent who can genuinely guide them. If that is you, we want to hear from you.

🗺️ Tailor-Made Multi-Country Itineraries
The heart of what we do in this region. Combining Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia and Indonesia into a seamless, well-paced journey requires real knowledge of logistics, timing and what works together. Clients attempting to plan these trips independently often struggle, which is precisely where a great agent earns their fee and their client’s loyalty.
🏖️ Beach & Island Escapes
Thailand’s islands, Bali, the Gili Islands, Langkawi and the Perhentians offer some of the finest beach experiences in the world. Often the natural conclusion to a cultural itinerary, these are high-satisfaction bookings that increase overall trip values and keep clients coming back for more.

Your Options: Runway or Takeoff
The Runway Package – £250 + VAT
Access to systems, supplier network and operational support Leads supplied from day one (40% commission share).
Earn 60% commission on your own sales.
Commission uplift (70% own leads / 50% company leads) once generating £4,000+ net commission per month – available after 12 months and £100k in sales.
The Takeoff Package – £250 + VAT + £1,000 Refundable Deposit
Everything in the Runway Package.
Access to YET-supplied leads from day one (40% commission share).
Immediate access to commission uplift from the start: earn 70% on your own leads and 50% on company leads when generating £4,000+ monthly net commission.
Refundable deposit returned after 12 months and £100k in sales.
