Unlike many travel companies who offer only a few days of training, we believe in comprehensive preparation. That’s why we’ve developed what we believe is the best new-to-travel training programme in the industry. Over three months, you’ll gain the skills, confidence and product knowledge to sell with authority — guided every step of the way by our founders and senior team.
With small training cohorts of just 3–5 people, you’ll benefit from hands-on guidance and ongoing mentorship as you establish your business.

- After 12 months or £250,000 sales, access company-supplied leads at 40% commission.
- Commission uplift after qualifying: earn up to 70% on own leads, 50% on company leads.
The Takeoff Package – £4,995 + VAT 
(Payable upfront, or instalments: £2,495 initial + 6 × £450 / 12 × £250)
Everything in Runway, plus:
- Immediate access to company leads (40% commission).
- Extra 1:1 and group training.
- Destination-specific training in your chosen niche.
- A custom business development plan.
- A funded ad campaign tailored to your goals.
Commission uplift available immediately: 70% on own leads, 50% on company leads if you generate £4,000+ net commission per month.
