The Details
You don’t need previous travel industry experience. What matters is your determination, people skills, and drive to succeed. We’ll take care of the rest with a structured three-month training programme, ongoing mentoring, and a clear pathway to grow your business.
Unlike other travel companies that offer only a few days of preparation, our approach is different. We’ve designed what we believe to be the most comprehensive “new-to-travel” programme in the industry. Over three months, you’ll gain the skills, confidence and product knowledge to sell with authority – while being guided by our founders and senior team every step of the way.
With small training cohorts of just 3–5 new agents, you’ll never be just another number. Instead, you’ll have direct access to the business leaders who built Your Endless Travel, alongside a community of peers who understand the value of teamwork and support.

The Runway Package – £2,495 + VAT
- Full access to our three-month training programme.
- Build your own client base and marketing, earning 60% commission.
- After 12 months or £250,000 in sales, gain access to company-supplied leads at 40% commission.
- Commission uplift available after qualifying: earn up to 70% on own leads and 50% on company leads.
The Takeoff Package – £4,995 + VAT 
Includes everything in the Runway Package, plus:
- Immediate access to Your Endless Travel leads (40% commission).
- Extra 1:1 and group training.
- Destination-specific training in your chosen niche.
- A custom business development plan.
- A funded ad campaign to generate targeted leads.
- Commission uplift available immediately: earn 70% on own leads and 50% on company leads if you generate £4,000+ net commission per month.
