You don’t need prior experience in the industry. If you’ve got the discipline, determination and drive to succeed, we’ll provide the training, support and opportunities to make it happen.
Unlike many travel companies who offer only a few days of training before sending you out on your own, we believe in comprehensive preparation. That’s why we’ve created what we believe is the best new-to-travel training programme in the industry. Over three months, you’ll gain the skills, confidence and product knowledge to sell with authority — while being guided by our founders and senior team every step of the way.
With small training cohorts of just 3–5 new agents at a time, you’ll never be lost in the crowd. Instead, you’ll benefit from direct access to the business leaders who built Your Endless Travel, plus ongoing mentorship as you establish your business.

The Takeoff Package – £4,995 + VAT 
(Payable upfront, or instalments: £2,495 initial + 6 × £450 / 12 × £250)

Do I need business or sales experience?
No. Many of our most successful agents came from completely different backgrounds, including healthcare. Your empathy, organisation and resilience give you a strong foundation — and our training covers everything else.
Can I start part-time while leaving healthcare?
Yes. Some agents transition gradually, starting part-time while still working shifts, then moving full-time into travel as their client base grows. You set your own schedule.
How long does it take to get started?
Our structured training runs for three months. After completing it, you’ll be ready to start selling holidays — and depending on your package, you could access company leads from day one.
What support will I get?
You’ll train in small cohorts of 3–5 people, with direct access to our founders and senior team. Plus, you’ll receive ongoing mentoring and (with our Takeoff package) marketing investment to help grow your business.
