The Opportunity
This role is designed for experienced agents who want to earn more, specialise, and work with better enquiries.
You will be able to:
- establish yourself as one of a small number of genuine Central Asia specialists in the UK travel market
- work on high-quality enquiries supplied by us across Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and beyond
- sell to your own database as well as company-generated leads
- focus on experience-led, high-value itineraries for travellers who are genuinely seeking the extraordinary
- grow your earnings while helping to shape the direction of our Central Asia product
With small training cohorts of just 3 to 5 new agents at a time, you will not be lost in the crowd. Instead, you will benefit from direct access to the experienced team who built Your Endless Travel, plus ongoing mentorship as your specialism develops.
With average booking values around £8,000 and strong margins across our product catalogue, the earning potential is genuinely exciting.
Who We’re Looking For
This is one where personal experience matters.
We are ideally looking for experienced travel professionals who:
- have travelled to Central Asia at least once, whether independently or as part of a group
- have recent travel sales experience and are confident handling tailor-made and long-haul enquiries
- know how to convert enquiries and build lasting client relationships
- are excited by the idea of building a specialism in a region most agents have never visited
- are motivated by autonomy, the freedom to shape their own niche and stronger earning potential
If you have been to Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan or other parts of Central Asia and come back wanting to send others there, we would very much like to hear from you. Experience of the Caucasus in addition would be even better!

The Runway Package – £250 + VAT
