We are looking for experienced freelance travel agents who can help us deliver on that demand, particularly across self-drive, campervan and tailor-made travel.

The Opportunity
This role is designed for experienced agents who want to earn more, specialise, and work with better enquiries.
You will be able to:
- build expertise across one of the world’s most varied and reliably popular long-haul destinations
- work on high-quality Australia enquiries supplied by us
- sell to your own database as well as company-generated leads
- focus on experience-led, high-value itineraries rather than commodity bookings
- grow your earnings while establishing yourself as a genuine Australia specialist
With small training cohorts of just 3 to 5 new agents at a time, you will not be lost in the crowd. Instead, you will benefit from direct access to the experienced team who built Your Endless Travel, plus ongoing mentorship as you develop your specialism.
With average booking values around £8,000 and strong margins across our product catalogue, the earning potential is genuinely exciting.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for experienced travel professionals who:
- have recent travel sales experience
- are confident handling tailor-made and long-haul enquiries
- know how to convert enquiries and build lasting client relationships
- want to specialise in Australia, or already have strong destination knowledge
- are motivated by autonomy, flexibility and stronger earning potential
Australia rewards agents who know it well. From the Great Ocean Road to the Red Centre and the Gibb River Road, self-drive travel is one of the most popular and rewarding ways to experience Australia. Clients planning these trips need expert guidance on routing, distances, accommodation and timing, which makes this an area where specialist knowledge translates directly into sales.
🚐 Campervan & Motorhome Holidays
Australia is one of the great campervan destinations in the world and UK demand for this style of travel is strong and growing. High-value, experience-led bookings with excellent margins and clients who tend to plan well in advance.
🏙️ Tailor-Made Multi-City Itineraries
Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Cairns and Adelaide each offer something distinct, and combining them into a well-paced, well-considered itinerary is something most clients cannot do confidently on their own. This is bread-and-butter Australia travel done properly, and it sells consistently well.

Your Options: Runway or Takeoff
The Runway Package – £250 + VAT

Earn 60% commission on your own sales.
Commission uplift (70% own leads / 50% company leads) once generating £4,000+ net commission per month – available after 12 months and £100k in sales.
The Takeoff Package – £250 + VAT + £1,000 Refundable Deposit

Access to YET-supplied leads from day one (40% commission share).
Immediate access to commission uplift from the start: earn 70% on your own leads and 50% on company leads when generating £4,000+ monthly net commission.
