We are looking for experienced freelance travel agents to help us grow, and to share in what we have built.

The Opportunity
This role is designed for experienced agents who want to earn more, specialise, and work with better enquiries.
You will be able to:
- build expertise across one of the world’s most diverse and emotionally compelling long-haul regions
- work on high-quality Africa enquiries supplied by us
- sell to your own database as well as company-generated leads
- focus on experience-led, high-value itineraries rather than commodity bookings
- grow your earnings while establishing yourself as a genuine Africa specialist
With small training cohorts of just 3 to 5 new agents at a time, you will not be lost in the crowd. Instead, you will benefit from direct access to the experienced team who built Your Endless Travel, plus ongoing mentorship as you develop your specialism.
With average booking values around £8,000 and strong margins across our product catalogue, the earning potential is genuinely exciting.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for experienced travel professionals who:
- have recent travel sales experience
- are confident handling tailor-made and long-haul enquiries
- know how to convert enquiries and build lasting client relationships
- want to specialise in Africa, or already have a strong foundation in the destination
- are motivated by autonomy, flexibility and stronger earning potential
Whether your knowledge is rooted in the classic safari destinations or you have a genuine interest in taking clients somewhere less travelled, we have the product, the suppliers and the support to help you build something substantial.

Kenya, Tanzania and South Africa remain the bedrock of Africa travel for UK clients. The Masai Mara, Serengeti, Kruger and the Cape are perennially strong sellers, and clients booking these trips want expert curation, not a generic package.
🌿 Off-the-Beaten-Track Safari
Botswana’s Okavango Delta, Namibia’s vast desert landscapes and Mozambique’s remote wilderness offer something the classic circuits cannot. For clients who have done Kenya or South Africa and want to go deeper, these destinations deliver extraordinary experiences and strong booking values.
🌍 West Africa
Sierra Leone, Ghana, Senegal and beyond represent one of the most underserved areas of the Africa travel market. For the right agent with the right knowledge and appetite, this is a genuine opportunity to build something distinctive in a space where very few operators compete.

The Runway Package – £250 + VAT
Access to systems, supplier network and operational support Leads supplied from day one (40% commission share).
Earn 60% commission on your own sales.
Commission uplift (70% own leads / 50% company leads) once generating £4,000+ net commission per month – available after 12 months and £100k in sales.
The Takeoff Package – £250 + VAT + £1,000 Refundable Deposit
