Along with a multitude of those years spent working for travel businesses in countries such as Japan, Australia and North America. In addition to this wealth of experience, it’s important to say that our core values are focused around ensuring our clients have the best possible experience discovering the world – and supporting our people and community to drive this.

Ross Griffiths
Ross is the Founder of Your Endless Travel. Ross established the company in 2020 and has a distinguished career in travel spanning over 15 years, with spells of working overseas for various travel businesses in Australia, Japan and Canada. Some of Ross’s accolades include:
- Within the UK:
- Five years finishing as Business Development Manager for Gullivers Sports Travel
- Two years as Sales Manager for The Small Cruise Ship Collection
- Overseas:
- Japan: Winter season Tour Desk Supervisor in Niseko Central in Japan / Three months as a tour guide for Maricar in Tokyo / A summer season working for Seasir scuba dive centre in Okinawa.
- Australia: Six months as a travel manager for Happy Travels in Sydney.
- Canada: Assistant manager for Whistler Blackcomb Resort.
Luke Skinner
Luke Skinner
Co-owner of Your Endless Travel. Before joining Your Endless Travel, Luke worked with home working company Holidaysplease for over 15 years, breaking sales records along the way and learning from the well-respected management team there. An experienced small business owner, having worked in travel since 2001 and owned and run other specialist travel businesses, Luke has also travelled extensively including spells in Latin America and spent almost two years cycling across Africa. Outside of travel, Luke is a keen cyclist, Mountain Leader, and Advanced Open Water diver. A potted history of Luke’s travel and professional experience:
- Three years with Dialaflight based in London in the 2000s; regularly topping the sales charts in his office at this fast-paced, customer-focused tour operator.
- Africa by Bike – a self-supported two-year cycling expedition from London to Cape Town in South Africa, crossing 27 countries en route.
- 18 years with Holidaysplease, initially as a top-performing freelance travel consultant and later as the manager of a small team of consultants beginning their careers in travel. Responsible for all recruitment and ongoing training.
Co-founder and co-owner of Drover Holidays, a specialist tour operator running walking and cycling holidays in Wales.

As the Product and Operations Manager at Your Endless Travel, Katie ensures the seamless management of the operations department. She works directly with our agents to oversee the smooth handling of every client’s booking. From supplier contracts to implementing efficient operational systems, Katie’s expertise is invaluable in managing every detail of the booking process.
With over 7 years of experience in the travel and events industry, Katie has managed operations for major international events and led tours to some exciting locations across the globe, including Australia, India and a variety of European destinations.
Outside the office, Katie is always on the move. Whether it’s skydiving, CrossFit training, creating art, or embarking on her next wild (adrenaline filled) adventure.

For enquiries generated by our marketing, you start at 40% commission, rising to 50% once you achieve £4000 in net profit in a month. For your own leads, you start at 60% commission, rising to 70% when you hit the same profit target.
What kind of training and support does Your Endless Travel provide?
Your Endless Travel offers an industry-leading training program, including 2-3 days of face-to-face training followed by 3-4 days of live virtual training. Ongoing support includes 1-1 mentoring, further training as needed, and a dedicated head office team to assist with sales and admin tasks.
What are the financial requirements to join Your Endless Travel as a consultant?
For experienced travel agents, there is a £250+VAT joining fee (waived for applications made by 30th Sep 2024), a £125+VAT monthly service fee, and a £1000+VAT deposit, refundable after 12 months subject to achieving £100,000 in sales revenue. The same fees and deposit apply to those returning to travel or retraining within the industry.
